This tab allows a user to see the properties set on the Document Type for the selected document.
This tab will be hidden if the Document base table (which is chosen when creating a Document Type within System Tables) is either Project, ProjectCountry or Site.
Additional tabs include Document, Upload/Link, History, and Trial Master Files. The Custom Fields tab will appear for those document types that are checked on the Usage Filters tab of the Custom Fields system table for the Document base table.

| Include on Country Documents | This field will be visible when the base table of the current document type is set to Project. This field will be read only. The value (check or unchecked) of this field will display the value set within Document Tracking and Storage for the current Document Type. If checked, the document type will appear on the Country Documents page. |
| Include on Site Documents | This field will be read only. The value (check or unchecked) of this field will display the value set within Document Tracking and Storage for the current Document Type. If checked, the document type will appear on the Site Documents page. |
| Filter by SMO | This list will include the list of active SMO records from the Global Institutions page. This field will be hidden if the Include on Site check box is unchecked within the properties of the current Document Type. |
| Filter by IRB/Ethics | This list will include the list of active IRB records from the Global Institutions page. This field will be hidden if the Include on Site check box is unchecked within the properties of the current Document Type. |
| Filter by Site Group | This list will include the list of active Site Group records from the Site Groups within the Project Tables. This field will be hidden if the Include on Site check box is unchecked within the properties of the current Document Type. |
| Filter by Custom Field | This list will include the list of active Custom Field records for the current Project that are based on the Site base table. This field will be hidden if the Include on Site check box is unchecked within the properties of the current Document Type. |
