Holidays

The Holiday List page lists all the holidays and corresponding dates that a user will be able to select from in other modules. The holidays will appear on CTMS calendars if there is a check in the Show on Calendars column. The holidays are used to determine the due date and number of elapsed days for each of the Site Visit Report workflow steps as selected on the Site Visit Report configuration group called Site Visit Report Day Exclusions.

 

Users can filter the records on the Year as well as on Active, Inactive, or All records and to search for a word or string in the record. To remove all search options, click the button.

 

To add a record, click or edit a record, click , which opens the Holiday module. To change the name of a holiday, go to the Holiday Type System Table module.

 

To remove a holiday, click the details button of that holiday and click on the Holiday module.

 

Columns can be sorted  in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

Search Fields

 

Year

The user can filter on the year.

Records

The user can filter the records based on whether they are active or inactive, or simply select all records.

Search

The user can enter any word or string to see if it exists in the database.

Column Headings

 

Date*

This column displays the dates of the holidays that were entered into the database.

Holiday*

This column displays the names of the holidays.

Show on Calendars

A check in this box will have the holiday appear on the Contact Calendar, My Calendar, Project Calendar, and the Country Calendar.

All Countries

A check in this column indicates that this holiday type will be accessible regardless of the country. If the holiday is specific to a country or countries, click to edit the Holiday Type module Countries tab and select the appropriate country(ies).

All Domains

This column displays which domains have the holiday accessible. This field will be visible if the application is licensed for Multi-Domain Edition.
