The goal of the Project Event Groups page is to help organize a project's events. Events are categorized into groups. The following are provided by default:

Then, the administrator adds specific types of events in the Project Event Types module. An example of a project event type for the Planning group may be First Site Contact Date.
The groups and types will appear on the Project Events, Country Events, and Site Events pages. The events will appear in the order that they are displayed on this page. You can reorder the groups by clicking the up and down arrows.
Users can filter the records on Active, Inactive, or All as well as search for a word or string in the record. To remove all search options, click the button. To add Project Event Groups, click or to edit a group name, click , which opens the Project Event Group module.
Columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

This column displays the names of the Project Group Event category. |
Code* |
This column displays the code the administrator provides for this event category. Code fields are used as alternative values for lists and reports and sometimes used for data imports. There is no special purpose for the Project Event Group field. |
Reorder |
The two arrows move the rows up or down . Inactive records always will be excluded during the reorder process. When an inactive record is reactivated after the records have been reordered, then the record will appear at the end of the list. |
