The user can view and edit a single subject payment transaction record. All fields will be read only if the transaction has been invoiced, although users will still be able to add adjustment records if they have permission. To add an adjustment record, click the Adjustments tab, which is available for the Transaction Type of Charge, but not Manual Adjustment.
After clicking , you are returned to the Subject Payments tab.

Budget |
This field displays the Site Budget and Effective Date from where the charge emanates. This field is read only. |
Event |
This field indicates the visit or event of the payment. This field is read only. |
Event Date |
This field indicates the date of the charge and is read only. It will be visible if the transaction type is Charge. |
Txn Type |
This field indicates the type of payment, either Charge or Manual Adjustment. This field is read only. |
Class |
This field indicates the type of transaction; either Deduction or Increase. It will be hidden when the Type field is equal to Charge and read only when the Status field is equal to Invoiced. This field is required. |
Status |
This field indicates the status of the transaction. For instance, the transaction may be Approved. This field is read only and hidden when adding a new record. |
Transaction Date |
This field is required when the transaction type is Manual Adjustment and defaults to the current date when adding a new record. Otherwise, it is read only. |
Amount |
This field indicates the amount of the transaction. It will be read only when the Status field is equal to Invoiced or the Type field is equal to Charge. Otherwise, this field is required. |
Approved |
A check in the box indicates that the transaction has been approved. This field will be hidden when the Status field is equal to Invoiced. |
Description |
The user can enter up to 200 characters. This field is required when the Type field is equal to Manual Adjustment and is read only when the Status field is equal to Invoiced. |
