Site Visit Report Fields

The Site Visit Report Fields module lists the fields that are used in Site Visit Report Templates. These fields are reusable questions that can be included in all site visit report templates. The administrator can choose to add a new field by clicking or edit a field by clicking , which opens the Site Visit Report Field module.

 

Users can filter the records on the:

 

  1. Field Type

  2. Active, Inactive, or All records

  3. Search for a word or string in the record

 

To remove all search options, click the button.

 

Columns can be sorted  in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

 

Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Description

Field Name

This column displays the name assigned to the field.

Caption

This column displays the question that will appear on the Site Visit Report.

Field Type

This column displays the type of question of this field.
