In this module, the administrator can add or edit a form or template for each System Visit Type (Pre-study, Initiation, Interim, Closeout, Other).
To add a template, select the System Visit Type and click or edit a record, click to open the Template module where templates can be copied and modified to create new templates, restricted to specific countries, and "published" to prevent changes once it is in use.
To find a template, users must first select the System Visit Type.
Records can be filtered on Active, Inactive, or All records and searched with a word or string in the record. To remove all search options, click the button..
Each project must map the template for each system visit type in the Site Visit Report Template Map module, which is under the Project tab > Project Tables menu item and then Site Visit Report Template Maps.
Columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.
