All Sites

The All Sites page displays the list of Sites for the current project. The user can add an item by selecting Active under the Records filter and clicking or edit an item by clicking , which opens the Site module.

To find an item, use one or more of the filters or enter a word or string in the Search box and press enter. To remove all search options, click the button.

Columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

Field	Description
Search Fields
Status	The user can filter the records based on the status of the record: Startup Not used Open Enrollment hold Closed
Country	The user can filter the records based on the country of the record, which will be restricted to the list of Project Countries for the current Project which is set up in the Project Countries within Project Tables.
Site Group	The user can filter the records based on the site group of the record, which are based on the Site Groups on the Project Tables page for the current project. This field will be hidden if no site groups have been defined for the current project.
Records	The user can filter the institutions based on whether the records are active or inactive, or simply select all records.
Search	The user can enter any word or string to see if it exists in the database.
Column Headings
Site*	This column lists the number of the site; and what is defined in the Site Display Name Field Configuration Variable. It can either be the Investigator if assigned. If not assigned it will state Unknown, the Institution assigned to the Site or a Free Text field which then will display whatever is entered in the Site Name field within the Site page.
Country*	This column lists the country of the Investigator institution.
Investigator*	This column lists the Investigator assigned as to the Site. This field will be hidden if the Site Display Name Field Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to Investigator Name.
Institution*	This column lists the Institution of the Investigator listed. This field will be hidden if the Site Display Name Field Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to Institution Name.
Site Group*	This column lists the Site Group connected to the country of the Investigator's Institution. If no Site Groups have been defined for the current project, then this field will be hidden.
Status*	This column lists the status of the investigator of the site.
Manager/Monitor*	The value and caption of this field depends on the Site Display Monitor Field Configuration variable under the Site configuration group. The possible choices are: Site manager (CRA) (default) Site monitor (RCRA) The Caption for this field will be determined by the Caption of the Project Key Role Type for either the Site Manager or Site Monitor.
Import Key*	This column lists information that was entered on the Import tab. This field will be hidden when the Enable Data Import configuration variable under the Data Import configuration group is set to False.
