On the Site Event tab, the user can enter one event at a time. Additional information can be found on the Custom Fields and Attachments tabs for base table SiteEvent.
After clicking for a site event used for calculating statistics, a message will display and the current Site will be added to the Statistics Queue.
When the Set Baseline button is clicked, the user will be asked to confirm that the current Target Date and Target Comment will be copied to the Baseline Date and Baseline Comment fields. If the user confirms the action, the record will be saved and the Target Date and Comment field values will overwrite any existing Baseline Date and Comment field values. The Set Baseline button will display under the following conditions:
The Enable Baseline Events Configuration Variable under the Project configuration group is set to True.
The Site Event Baseline is unlocked
The user has Admin Permission for the Site Management feature
When the Remove Baseline button is clicked, the user will be asked to confirm that the current Baseline Date and Baseline Comment will be removed. If the user confirms the action, the record will be saved and the Baseline Date and Baseline Comment field values will be removed. The Remove Baseline button will display under the following conditions:
The Enable Baseline Events Configuration Variable under the Project configuration group is set to True.
The Site Event Baseline is unlocked
The Baseline Date for the current Site Event has been set
The user has Admin Permission for the Site Management feature

Event Name |
This field is required and can hold up to 50 characters. If the event has been previously defined on the Project Events page of the Administration tab, System Tables, then this field will be read-only. |
Event Group |
If the event has been previously defined in the Project Events page of the System Tables, then this field will be read-only. If editable, this field is required. The choices are limited to the list of active Project Event Group records on the Project Event Group List within the Administration tab, System Tables. |
Baseline Date |
This field will be visible if the Enable Baseline Events Configuration Variable under the Project configuration group is set to True. This field will be read only. |
Baseline Comment |
This field will be visible if the Enable Baseline Events Configuration Variable under the Project configuration group is set to True. If visible, it will be read only. |
Target Source |
This field will be visible if the Target Source for Site Events on the current Project Event Type field is set to Not Defined. If visible, it will be read only |
Target Date |
This field will be read only unless the Target Source for Site Events on the current Project Event Type field is set to Not Defined. If editable, this field will allow future and unknown dates as long as the date is between site dates. |
