Protocol Visit Day Range

The user can edit the day range records for the current visit schedule. Subjects who arrive for visits before the low range or after the high range will have a deviation automatically posted and visible in the Site Deviations module if the Enable Protocol Deviation Class Protocol Deviation Configuration variable is set to true.

 

After clicking , you are returned to the Day Ranges tab.

Field

Description

Visit

This field is read only and brought forward from the Day Ranges page that was selected..

Target

The user can enter up to three digit integers. Negative numbers are allowed. The integer represents the number of days after the visit indicated in the Visit field.

After

This field is required and will be visible if the Enable Multiple Visit Cycles Configuration Variable under Project configuration group is set to True. If visible, the following choices appear:

  • Prior Visit:  Calculates the number of days since the date of the visit entered in the Visit select field.

  • Previous Cycle Start Date: Calculates the number of days since the start date of the previous cycle
  • Previous Cycle End Date:  Calculates the number of days since the end date of the previous cycle

Visit Select Field

This field is visible when the After field is set to Prior Visit. The user selects from the active records defined in the Protocol Visits page of the Project Tables.

Range Low

The user can enter up to three digit integers. Negative numbers are allowed. These integers represent the earliest acceptable number of days that a subject can arrive to the selected visit without a deviation assigned. In the example above, the subject can arrive for Visit 4 19 days after Visit 1, but not sooner.

Range High

The user can enter up to three digit integers. Negative numbers are allowed. These integers represent the latest acceptable number of days that a subject can arrive to the selected visit without a deviation assigned. In the example above, the subject can arrive for Visit 4 23 days after Visit 1, but not after.
