Protocol Visit
The user can add or edit a single Protocol
Visit record.
After clicking
, you
are returned to the Protocol Visit List page.

This field is required and the user
selects from the available choices:
Additional
Cycle Visit
This choice will
be visible when the Enable
Multiple Visit Cycles Project configuration variable
under the Project configuration
group is set to True.
Select this option
when a protocol has variable cycles, which is often dependent
on a subject's response to the drug. The cycle is added
when a visit is added to the subject. The user does not
need to provide a specific Cycle number for each Project
Visit.
Completion
visit - Must have one and
only one

Visit
This choice will
be visible when the Enable
Multiple Visit Cycles Project configuration variable
under the Project configuration
group is set to True.
Select this option
when a protocol has fixed cycles. For example, the protocol
might predefine that the subject would receive two cycles
of chemotherapy, with a Visit 1 and a Visit 2 in each
cycle. The user needs to provide a specific Cycle
number for each Project Visit.

Visit-This choice will
be visible when the Enable
Follow-up Visits Project
configuration variable is set to True.

This field will be visible if the
Visit Type field is set
to Cycle Visit. If visible,
the field is required and can hold up to 2
digit integers between 1 and

Name |
This field is required and the user
enters the name of the visit using up to 25
characters. |
Code |
This field is required and the user
enters the code for this visit using up to 10
characters. |
