The user can view, add or edit project team members, which provides them with access to this project. By clicking , the Global Contact Browse module opens. Users can add one staff member at a time. Contacts with Site type will not be available in this module. When editing a team member, one or more roles can be added.
To edit a contact, click , which opens the Project Team module.
To find an item, you can Search on its:
Status - Current, Future, Not Current
Role - includes active Roles within the Role Types of Project, Sponsor, CRO, and Other
Records - Active, Inactive, All
The user can enter a word or string in the Search filter. To remove all search options, click the button.
Columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.
Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

EFFECTIVE DATES |

This column displays the date that the current role is in effect. If there is no end date, then only the beginning date will display. |
Split |
A check in this box means that the contact did not have this role continuously on this project between the From and Thru Dates. |
PROJECT ROLES |

This column lists the role(s) that the contact was assigned, which will determine their permissions for this project. |
NOTIFICATIONS |

Events |
A blank box in this column indicates that the contact will not receive event notifications for this project. A check indicates the contact will receive event notifications. A red X indicates that the contact does not have permission for the current Project’s Domain. A user with Insert permission for Global Contacts can go to the contact's global contact record and check that the Status is Current, the Login is granted for Production and is not locked out, and Data Access is provided to the required Domain. |
Reports |
A blank box in this column indicates that the contact will not receive report notifications for this project. A check indicates the contact will receive report notifications. A red X indicates that the contact does not have permission for the current Project’s Domain.
