The Open Invoices tab displays a list of invoices that have a balance due, excluding any holdback amount. The user can create and apply payments for these invoices by clicking , which opens the Apply Payments module. The user can view an invoice by clicking , which opens the Invoice tab. Additional information can be found on the Overview, Costs, Costs by Payee, Approved Transactions, Holdback, and Pending Checks tabs.

Invoice |
This column lists the number of the invoice. |
Date |
This column lists the date of the invoice. |
Site |
This column lists the site that is connected to the invoice. |
Subjects |
This column lists the total number of Subjects for each invoice. |
Transactions |
This column lists the total number of payment transactions that are connected to that invoice. |
Invoice Amount |
This column displays the dollar amount of the invoice prior to the holdback. |
Holdback Amount |
This column displays the dollar amount of the holdback. |
Invoice Balance |
This column displays the invoice amount less the holdback. The total of this field will match the Invoices Balance Amount field from the Project Finance Overview tab. |
