The user can display a list of payments for the current Vendor. The user can add an item by clicking the Add New button or edit an item by clicking , which opens the Vendor Payment module.

Payment |
This column displays the invoice number, which is formatted based on the Vendor Payment Number Length and Vendor Payment Number Prefix Configuration Variables under the Finance and Budgets configuration group. |
Date |
This column displays the invoice date. |
Status |
This column displays the status of the invoice either Open, Paid, or Void. |
Check |
This column displays the check number if the invoice was paid. |
Invoices |
This column will display the number of invoices included in the Vendor Payment. If there is only one Invoice included on the Vendor Payment, the Invoice Number will be displayed instead. |

Amount |
This column displays the amount paid for each invoice with a grand total at the bottom of the column. |
Applied |
This column displays the difference between the amount invoiced and paid for each invoice with a grand total at the bottom of the column. |
Balance |
This column displays the difference between the payment amount and the applied amount with a grand total at the bottom of the column. |
Comment |
This column displays any comments entered for this invoice. |
