The Inventory Batch module allows the user the ability to add or edit an inventory batch record. Inventory Items are included in this module were added from the Inventory Summary page and have the Show Batch field checked. Other tabs may be available including Custom Fields (if defined), Batch Retest, and Attachments.
When the record is saved, the system will return to the Inventory Batches page.
Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Batch |
This field is required and can hold up to 25 characters. |
Lot |
This field will be visible if the Show Lot field is checked on the Inventory Type module. If visible, this field is required and can hold up to 25 characters. |
Batch Date |
This field will be required. |
Batch Status |
This field is required and contains the following choices:

Batch Expiration |
This section will be visible if the Show Expiration Date field is checked on the Inventory Type module. |
Expiration Date |
This field is required and allows future dates. |
Expiration Warning Days |
This field is required and allows integers between 0 and 999. |
