Artifacts (Level 3)

Artifacts (Level 3) under the TMF model is the second level to categorize your Project, Country, and/or Site Documents. You can rename Artifacts (Level 3) on the Levels tab.

Additional information is available on the TMF Template, Levels, Zones (Level 1), Sections (Level 2), Project Documents, Country Documents, and Site Documents tabs.

Click the Add New "Level" button to add additional categories to the top level or edit a record, click , which opens the Artifact module. You can reorder the fields by clicking the up and down arrows.

Clicking Save returns you to the Document Trial Master File Templates page.

Other Reference Models Can Be Modified

Field	Description
Artifact (Level 3)	This column displays the names of the Level 3 category names that documents will be filed under.
Comment	This column displays information about the Level 3 category.
Project	A check in this column indicates that documents listed under the Project base table of the Document Types system table can be mapped under this model.
Country	A check in this column indicates that these documents can be shared to the Country Documents page.
Site	A check in this column indicates that these documents can be shared to the Site Documents page.
Reorder	The two arrows move the rows up or down . Inactive records always will be excluded during the reorder process. When an inactive record is reactivated after the records have been reordered, then the record will appear at the end of the list.
