My Recent Subjects

My Recent Subjects tab lists the Site's Subjects in descending order based on the last time the user selected the Subject. The maximum number of Subjects to appear in this list is set in the Number of Recent Subjects Configuration variable. The default is 10. The Subjects may be linked to any Site in the current project. The current Site will be updated if a Subject is selected which belongs to a Site that is different from the current Site. Users can search for subjects using the Subjects, Screens, and Search tabs.

Field	Description
Subject	This column lists the subject identification number.
Status	This column lists where the subject is in the study. The choices include: Screening (this choice will be hidden if the Enable Screening Configuration variable is set to false) Screen failure (this choice will be hidden if the Enable Screening Configuration variable is set to false) Enrolled Completed Discontinued
Protocol Version	This column indicates the protocol version that was used when the subject was enrolled.
Enroll Date	This column lists the subject's enrollment date.
Subject Group	This column will be hidden if subject groups have not been defined for the current project.

Button	Description
	Click the button to view more detailed information about the subject including Visits, Payments, and Deviations.
	Indicates that the subject is in Screening.
	Indicates that the subject had a Screen Failure.
	Indicates that the subject is Enrolled.
	Indicates that the subject has Completed.
	Indicates that the subject has Discontinued.
