The SharePoint Site page lists the records in the SharePoint Libraries. Click Save to return to the SharePoint Sites system table.

Site Name |
This field can hold up to 50 characters and is required. The user selects the name of the site that should exist on SharePoint. These names were entered on the SharePoint Settings configuration group. If no active SharePoint Sites exist, an error message will display. |
SharePoint URL |
The URL of the SharePoint Site is displayed. If the Login Using field on the SharePoint Site page of the Administration tab is set to Default User, an attempt to login to the SharePoint Site will be made using the Default Username and Default Password. If the login attempt fails, an error message will be displayed and processing will stop. See your administrator for assistance. This field can hold up to 100 characters and is required. It will convert lower case characters when the record is saved. |
Time Zone | This field lists the world-wide Time Zones. It is required. |
Login Using |
This field will be hidden when adding a new record. The user selects either Current User (default) or Default User. This field is required. |
Default Username |
This field will be hidden when adding a new record and when the Login Using field is set to Current User. This field can hold up to 50 characters and is required. |
Default Password |
This field will be hidden when adding a new record and when the Login Using field is set to Current User. It can hold up to 50 characters and is required. This field will be masked with asterisks to hide the password entry. |
