SharePoint Sites

The SharePoint Sites page displays the sites and users who have access to the company's SharePoint through CTMS.

 

Users can filter the records on Active, Inactive, or All as well as search for a word or string in the record. To remove all search options, click the Reset Filters button. Click Add New button to add a record or to edit a record, which opens the SharePoint Site module.

 

Most columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

Field

Description

Site Name

This column displays the name of the site that should exist on SharePoint.

SharePoint URL

This column displays the URL of the SharePoint Site.

Time Zone

This column displays the time zone.

Authentication Mode

This column displays the connection to the SharePoint Site. Authentication credentials can be saved within the SharePoint Site data record (Default User) or prompted once per session for each user (Current User).
