Project and Country Subjects

The Project Subjects page displays the list of subjects for the current Project including those in screening and screen failures. The Country Subjects will be restricted to Subjects within that country.

The user can add an item by clicking the Add New button or edit an item by clicking , which opens the Subject module.

To find an item, the user can Search on:

Site:The choices will include all active Sites for the current Project
Screen Status: the choices include Not Screened, Screen Failure, and Screened
Enroll Status: the choices include Completed, Discontinued, Enrolled, and Not Enrolled
Gender: This filter will be hidden if the Enable Subject Gender Configuration Variable under the Enrollment configuration group is set to False. If visible, the choices include Female, Male, and Unknown
Protocol Version: The choices will include a list of active Protocol Version records for the current Project.
Subject Group: The choices will include a list of active Subject Groups for the current Project. This field will be hidden if Subject Groups have not been defined.
Records - Active, Inactive, All
Search - the user can enter a word or string

To remove all search options, click the Reset Filters button.

Most columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Field	Description
SCREENED
Screen	This column lists the subject's screening number and is visible when the Enable Screening Configuration Variable under the Enrollment configuration group is set to True.
Screen Status	This column lists the screen status of the subject and is visible when the Enable Screening Configuration Variable under the Enrollment configuration group is set to True. The choices include: Screened (this choice will be hidden if the Enable Screening Configuration variable is set to false) Screen failure (this choice will be hidden if the Enable Screening Configuration variable is set to false) Not Screened
Screen Date	This column lists the date that the subject was screened and is visible when the Enable Screening Configuration Variable under the Enrollment configuration group is set to True.
ENROLLED
Subject	This column lists the subject's identification number.
Enroll Status	This column lists the enrollment status of the subject. The choices include: Enrolled Not Enrolled Completed Discontinued
Enroll Date	This column lists the subject's enrollment date.
RANDOMIZATION
Random Number	This column lists the randomization number of the subject.
Random Date	This column lists the date that the subject was randomized.
PROTOCOL
Protocol Version	This column indicates the protocol version that was used when the subject was enrolled.
Subject Group	This column will be hidden if the Enable Subject Group Configuration Variable under the Enrollment configuration group is set to False.
Budget	This column will be hidden if the Enable Site Budgets Configuration variable under the Finance and Budgets configuration group is set to False.
Comment	This column lists any comments or notes made for this subject.
