Project Sites

The purpose of the Project Sites page is to display the list of Sites for the current project. The list includes only the Sites that the current User has access permission.

To find an item, the user can Search on:

Status
- Startup - This choice will be visible if the Enable Site Startup Status Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to True
- Not used - This choice will be visible if the Enable Site Startup Status Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to True
- Open
- Enrollment hold
- Closed
Country - This filter is based on the country of the record. The choices include only those Project Countries listed on the Project Tables page and those that the current user has access permission.
Site Group - This filter is based on the site group of the record. The choices include only those Site Groups on the Project Tables page for the current project. This filter will be hidden if no Site Groups have been defined for the current project under the Project Tables page.
Records - Active, Inactive, All
Search - the user can enter a word or string

To remove all search options, click the Reset Filters button.

Click the Add New button to add another Site to the project. Click to edit a current site. The Site module opens.

Most columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Field	Description
Site	This column lists the available sites for the current project that the current user has access permission.
Country	This column lists the country that is listed in the Global Institution module for the site.
Investigator	This column will be visible when the Site Display Name Field Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to Institution Name.
Institution	This column will be visible when the Site Display Name Field Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to Investigator Name.
Site Group	This field will be hidden if no Site Groups have been defined for the current project. Site Groups are assigned in the Project Tables.
Status	This column lists the status of the site. Startup - This choice will be visible if the Enable Site Startup Status Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to True Not used - This choice will be visible if the Enable Site Startup Status Configuration Variable under the Site configuration group is set to True Open Enrollment hold Closed
Manager/Monitor	The value and caption of this field will depend on the Site Display Monitor Field Configuration variable under the Site configuration group. The possible choices are Site Manager (CRA) or Site Monitor (RCRA). The Caption for this field will be determined by the Caption of the Project Key Role Type module for either the Site Manager or Site Monitor.
Import Key	This field will be visible when the Enable Data Import Configuration Variable under the Data Import configuration group is set to True.
