Page Reports

Within each module, a user can run a report. The Page Reports page lists these reports by module and allows the administrator with the ability to override the default report.

 

First, select the Module to see a listing of all pertinent reports. You can filter the records on Active, Inactive, or All as well as search for a word or string in the record. To remove all search options, click the Reset Filters button. To override the default report, click , which opens the Page Report module.

 

Most columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

 

Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Description

Menu Item

This column displays the names of the reports that are available under each module.

Base Table

This column displays the base table that the reports are built upon.

PDF FORMAT

 

Override

A check in this box indicates that this report, which will print in PDF Format, has changed from the default report.

Report Name

This column displays the name of the report that will print in PDF Format when the user is in the selected module and chooses the report that is listed under the Menu Item.

XLS FORMAT

 

Override

A check in this box indicates that this report, which will print in XLS Format, has changed from the default report.

Report Name

This column displays the name of the report that will print in XLS Format when the user is in the selected module and chooses the report that is listed under the Menu Item.
