The Notification Queue displays a list of notification records. This page refreshes automatically every 15 seconds. Click to pause the automatic refresh of the data being displayed for the duration of the user's session. Only the display is paused, not the refresh. Click to have the automatic refresh begin again.
To find an item, you can select the Type of notification, its Status, or enter a word or string in the Search filter and press enter. To remove all search options, click the button.
The user can test the notification system by clicking . The system will send an email to the user's primary email address and an email record will be added to the Notification Queue. If there is no primary email address, then the system will send an email to the value that is in the Notification Error Email configuration variable. If none exists, then a message will display stating that a Test Email could not be sent. Notifications are not sent for test projects.
If a notification record is listed, but the user did not receive the notification:
Take your mouse and hover over the Sent To name to ensure that the user's email address is correct
Check the user's record in the Home tab, Global Contact module for:
Valid email address (If the email address was added to the Global Contacts module after a project was added to the system, then you must add the email address to each project)
Projects tab indicates that user has access to project, country, and/or site
Projects tab has Notifications Events and/or Scheduled Reports boxes checked for the appropriate project, country and/or site
If Projects tab has an additional communication email address on the Communication tab, make sure that the Include in Project box is checked
Verify the role on the user's Contact tab is on the roles assigned to the Notification Schedule on the Administration tab
On the Administration tab, Notification Schedule, check that
the Recurrence does not say Never
The user's role is checked on the Roles tab
The appropriate domains and projects are checked on the Projects tab
Contact your email administrator to ensure that emails coming from "CTMS-noreply@webtrialz.net" are not being caught by your spam or junk mail filter
