next to the desired country, which will open the Country module.The Countries tab provides the user with the ability to control a contact's access to the countries that are within a project and see the number of sites that a contact can access. This tab is visible when the Data Access field of the Permission Set module is set to either Full, Mixed, or Restricted. More information can be found on the Assigned Sites and CTMS Login History tabs.
Notification Events and Scheduled Reports are only editable here if the contact's Data Access Scope is set to Full. If the Data Access Scope is Mixed or Restricted, the Notifications can be configured on the Countries and Assigned Sites tab. You also can see if notifications are being sent to this contact based on their role. For more information, see the Roles Notification page. A valid email address for the contact is also required.
To add access
to sites for the contact, first give the contact access to the
country by clicking
next to the desired country, which will open the Country module.
Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

| Country | This column displays the countries that are included within the selected project. |
| Override | A check in this column indicates that a change has been made to the assigned access of this contact for the selected country. |
| Permission | This column displays the default Permission based on the Contact's Data Access field, unless the Override check box has been checked. |
| Read Only | This column displays the default Read Only status for the Country based on the Contact's Data Access field, unless the Override check box has been checked. |
| Assigned Sites | This column displays the number of Sites in the Country that the contact has been given access to on the Assigned Sites tab. This field will display a 0 if the Permission field is set to Assigned Sites but no Sites have been assigned or N/A if the contact has All Sites in the Permission field. |
| Events | This column displays the Roles that will be used for determining which Event Notifications will be sent for Sites in this Country for this project. For more information on roles and notifications, see the Roles Notification page. |
| Reports | This column displays the Roles that will be used for determining which Scheduled Reports will be sent for Sites in this Country for this project. For more information on roles and notifications, see the Roles Notification page. |
| Comment | This column displays any comments made on the Country tab. |
