The Monitor Status module allows the user the ability to add and edit a single Subject Visit Monitor Status record. Users can add documents to the Monitor Status record on the Attachments tab or add information on the Custom Fields tab. After clicking , you are returned to the Monitor Status List tab.
Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Subject |
This field will be read-only and displays the Subject Number that was selected on the Monitor Status List tab. |
Subject Visit |
This field is read-only and displays the Subject Visit that was selected on the Monitor Status List tab. |
Source |
This field is read-only and displays the Source. It defaults to CTMS when adding a new record. |
Date |
This field is required and is restricted to the Site dates. |
Status |
This field is required. The user can select from Partially Monitored, Fully Monitored, Not Monitored, or Not Required. |
Monitor |
This drop down box will list the monitors assigned to the Project and Site. |
Comment |
Users can enter a comment of up to 200 characters in this field. |
