Monitor Status

The Monitor Status module allows the user the ability to add and edit a single Subject Visit Monitor Status record.  Users can add documents to the Monitor Status record on the Attachments tab or add information on the Custom Fields tab. After clicking , you are returned to the Monitor Status List tab.

Adding a Monitor Status

 

 

Field

Description

Subject

This field will be read-only and displays the Subject Number that was selected on the Monitor Status List tab.

Subject Visit

This field is read-only and displays the Subject Visit that was selected on the Monitor Status List tab.

Source

This field is read-only and displays the Source. It defaults to CTMS when adding a new record.

Date

This field is required and is restricted to the Site dates.

Status

This field is required. The user can select from Partially Monitored, Fully Monitored, Not Monitored, or Not Required.

Monitor

This drop down box will list the monitors assigned to the Project and Site.

Comment

Users can enter a comment of up to 200 characters in this field.
