Contact Calendar
The Contact
Calendar displays calendar information
for a single Global
Contact. Users need Insert
Permission for the Contact Calendar
feature.
Use the drop down filters to select:
- View:
Displays site visits one month
or one week at
a time. The default value is set in the Project
configuration group Project
Calendar Default View configuration variable.
- Domain
Type: Filters the Site
Visits and Holidays
based on the Domain Type of the Site Visit’s Project, either Production or Test. If the current
user does not have a Test License, then the Domain Type Filter will
only show the Site Visits for Projects with a Domain Type of Production.
If the current user does not have a Production License, then the Domain
Type Filter will only show the Site Visits for Projects with a Domain
Type of Test.
- Contact:
Filter the records based on
the Site Visit Monitor, Site Visit Co-Monitor #1, Site Visit Co-Monitor #2, or other Site Visit Attendees of the Site
Visit. The available
choices are active Global Contacts with a Contact Type of Project.
- Visit
Label: Toggles
the display of information on each Site Visit. When
set to Site, the Site
Number and Name will
be displayed. When set to Project, the Project
Name will be displayed
Clicking will open the
Site Visit
module. If the current user does not have permission to view a Site Visit
in the current Project or in another Project then this button will be
hidden.
A Country
Flag icon may appear on a visit if the Enable
Country Flag on Calendar Configuration Variable is set to True.
Site Visit
Travel Days will display if the Enable
Site Visit Travel Days is set to True.
The background
color of the calendar item is determined by the Site
Visit Category or Site Visit Type
of the Site Visit. Both are set in the System Tables. A color set for
the Site Visit Type will override the value set for the Site Visit Category.
Holidays
will be displayed as the name of the Holiday Type to the right of the
calendar date.
