Project By Site

Users can filter the records by Group by or Category (as listed below) or Sites (All, Not Used, Opened, or Startup):

Key Variables: The target variables displayed will be restricted to the System Variables that have the Key Field checked on the System Variables page.
ALL SUBJECTS: All Subjects
ENROLLMENT: Enrollment Events
ENROLLMENT: Enrollment Rate
ENROLLMENT: Subjects
METRICS: Site Metrics
METRICS: Site Visit Report Metrics
PROJECT EVENTS: Project Events
SCREENING: Screens
SITE EVENTS: Site Events

To remove all search options, click the button.

Clicking will open the Site Statistic Set module.

A user with Admin permission for the Project Management feature can click to run a tally of the project's statistics, which will be added to the Statistics Queue. If the user cancels the action, all processing will stop.

Field	Description
Country	This column displays each of the project countries.
Statistics Variables	One field will be displayed for each statistics variable that meets the requirements defined in the Key Variables section. Variable columns cannot be sorted by clicking the column header.
Change Icon	One change icon field will be displayed for each variable. The field will indicate the change from the Site Statistic Set to the most recent Statistic Set with an earlier date. Statistic Sets with a period of Current will be compared to the most recent Weekly Statistic Set with an earlier date. Statistic Sets with a period of Weekly or Monthly will be compared to the previous Statistic Set in the same period. This field will be hidden if there is no prior Statistic Set. = Change is greater than zero = Change is less than zero = No change
Status Icon	= Statistic Set status is Completed = Statistic Set status is Queued or Running = Statistic Set status is Stopped
Compile Date	This field will display the last successful Compile Date.
