Country

The Country tab allows the user the ability to add or edit one country at a time.

Clicking returns you to the Countries page.

Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Field	Description
Country	The user can enter a country name using up to 50 characters. This field is required.
Region	The user selects from the available choices: Africa Asia Australia Central America Europe North America South America This field is required and will default to the value set in the Region filter of the Countries Page when inserting a new record.
Country Code	The user can enter a code up to five characters, which will be converted to upper case when saved. This field is required.
Phone Code	The user can enter the international dialing codes for the country with up to five characters. This field is required.
Address Format	Addresses follow a certain format depending on the country. The user can select from the following choices to ensure the proper address format: Default Europe Ireland Italy South Africa United Kingdom United States This field is required.
State Caption	The user can enter the name of this field up to 25 characters. If left blank, the field will not appear.
Country Prefix	The user can enter the prefix of the country up to 10 characters.
