Site SAEs

The Site SAE page displays the list of serious adverse events for the current site. Click the Add New button to add a serious adverse event or to edit a serious adverse event record in the SAE module.

To find an item, the user can Search on:

Subject: the choices will include all active Subjects based for the site unless the Records filter is set to All or Inactive.
Status: the choices include Death, Ongoing, Other, Resolved and Unknown.
Records - Active, Inactive, All
Search - the user can enter a word or string

To remove all search options, click the button.

Columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading.

Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Field	Description
Subject	This column lists the subject who is connected to the event.
Event	This column lists the serious adverse event.
Status	This column indicates whether the event is ongoing, resolved, unknown, or other.
Start Date	This column lists the date that the serious adverse event started.
End Date	This column lists the date that the serious adverse event ended.
Attachments	This column displays the number of documents attached to the record using X of Y, where Y is the total number of attachments, and X is the number that have been linked/uploaded. A check in front of the display indicates that all attachments have been linked or uploaded.
