Fields

The Fields module will be visible when the Site Visit Report Template Panel type is set to Multiple Fields. The fields are listed in the order that they will be displayed within the panel. They can be re-ordered by clicking the up or down arrows. Click the button to add one field at a time or click next to the field to edit this field's parameters in the Site Visit Report Field module.

Click Common Buttons for a description of the buttons found throughout the system and their uses.

Field	Description
Field Name	This column lists the fields that were selected in the Site Visit Report Field module.
Caption	This column lists the field description that will appear on the report.
Field Type	This column lists the type of field that was selected from the following list: currency date dropdown list number panel response text
Reorder	The two arrows move the fields up or down for placement on the report. The first row will be the column to the far left. This column will be hidden if the current template is published.
